Steve Aubertin Realty Enterprises, LLC is a locally owned and operated local property management company serving communities throughout New Hampshire.
As a lifelong resident of New Hampshire, Steve understands the local rental market, the seasonal challenges, and what it takes to maintain quality housing in our communities. Most of our clients are local investors who value transparency, cost control, and dependable service.
Steve purchased the company in 2004 from a retiring business partner after years of learning the business from the ground up—starting with mowing lawns, handling routine maintenance, and completing property renovations. That hands-on experience continues to define how we operate today.
Before entering the property management field full-time, Steve proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1995. He later earned his Associate Degree in Accounting in 1997. The discipline of military service combined with a financial background allows him to manage properties with both operational efficiency and sound financial oversight.
